Dr. Sarah Robinson, ND is a licensed naturopathic doctor who graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2014 and has been in private practice since.

Dr Sarah Robinson is a Naturopathic Doctor who maintains a general family practice with a focus in women’s health and hormone balance (including PMS, irregular periods, heavy or painful periods, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts, Perimenopause, Menopause, Post-Menopause, etc).

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science with Advanced Major in Biology from St Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, then earned her Bachelor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario in 2014 and has been in private practice since.

Through her practice, Dr. Sarah… 

  • Uses an integration of eastern and western philosophies in her clinical practice with a strong emphasis on the connection between the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers of health and wellness.
  • Focuses on all aspects of health and approaches every visit from the perspective of individualized care.
  • Uses symptoms and previous diagnoses as indicators of where blockages to healing are occurring in the body and follows key naturopathic concepts of addressing the root causes of imbalance, encouraging the body to return to its natural state of being able to heal, respond to challenges and adapt to day to day life.
  • Employs several different modalities in her practice, including homeopathy and complex homeopathy, botanical medicine, bio therapeutic drainage and detoxification, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and acupuncture, and nutritional and lifestyle approaches, including supporting food intolerances and sensitivities. 
  • Has taken extra certifications in Neurolinguistic Programming, Auricular and Bioenergetic Medicine and Contact Reflex Analysis.
  • Works to interpret genetic test results and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), and incorporates this information into personalized treatment plans.

Dr. Sarah Robinson, ND is dedicated to serving the community in resolving acute and long-standing health concerns. By providing compassionate collaborative care and creating an individualized treatment plan specific to your needs, she will help you to work towards correcting underlying causes of “dis-ease”, so you can return to your natural state of health. She especially enjoys helping women manage their busy lives and return to the best version of themselves. She finds true joy in educating and empowering women to make informed lifestyle and life choices to live longer, stronger, happier and healthier lives and keep doing all of the things women do in their day.  Her other areas of focus include stress management, insomnia, anxiety, hormone imbalances and preventative care, and how all of these can be related to the stress response or fight of flight response. 

Dr. Sarah was born and raised in the Newmarket area. When not busy in clinic, she enjoys spending time in the outdoors, going on adventures with her pets and fiancée, playing softball, doing DIY projects around the house, reading and learning, and laughing with loved ones. She has lived in the Newmarket area for over 30 years and is excited to serve this vibrant community.
